NN Services utilizes advanced technologies to produce parts to your specifications from a wide variety of materials.
Our machine tools are capable of up to .0002” positional and dimensional tolerance. Our shop boasts a 5-axis Vertical CNC Mill with a capacity of 30”x20”x20” as well as our larger 4-axis Vertical CNC Mill with a 50”x20”x25” machining envelope. We also have multiple horizontal machining centers with machinig capabilities up to 24” x 48”
NN Services provides a full service CNC Plasma Cutting Facility. Our 8′ X 10′ Precision Plasma Cutting Table provides a rated cut capacity of 1.25” thick steel. This table has cutting speeds up to 300 inch per minute to quickly and accurately produce plate and sheet metal products effectively.
The experienced team at NN Services is here to handle your fabrication needs both in our shop and in the field. We offer SMAW, GMAW/MIG, FCAW and GTAW/TIG welding as well as punch and bending capabilities to get your project completed quickly and effectively.
